How to Make a PB&J Sandwich
This interactive course was an assignment completed for my Master's of Instructional Design & Technology program. The goal was to create image instructions that used as few words and as many images as possible. I used Canva for the theme and images then PowerPoint for the transitions and animations.
All About Hogwarts
This interactive course was an assignment completed for my Master's of Instructional Design & Technology program. I used Canva for the theme then PowerPoint for the transitions and animations. While it wasn't built with an authoring tool, I was able to make the presentation behave similar to an e-learning.
Herb Lubalin
This magazine spread sample was an assignment completed for my Master's of Instructional Design & Technology program. After reading about Herb Lubalin's significant impact on typography and design, I based much of my design on risks he had taken in his own work, such as limited use of color and large bold type. Notable typefaces used include Lubalin Graph, Avant Garde, and Eras.
The Diffusion of Innovations
This storyboard sample was an assignment completed for my Master's of Instructional Design & Technology program. As someone who tends to mentally visualize content, I like to sketch out my e-learning screens first and then build the additional content, such as scripts and user interactions, around those sketches.
Remote Engagement Techniques Workshop
This PowerPoint sample was created for a previous employer as a live workshop. I built the workshop, including this presentation, from scratch to assist new implementation specialists in remotely engaging their clients. Some changes were made as to not infringe on confidential and proprietary company property.
TB Training for Credentialing
This mini e-learning was created for an employer as part of new hire training. The walk-through is about a 6 minute video, which shows off various functionalities featured within the e-learning and the thinking behind each. I used dominKnow as the authoring tool.
Betterworks Overview
This e-learning was created for an employer as part of a new software implementation. The walk-through is about an 8 minute video, which shows off various functionalities featured within the e-learning and the thinking behind each. I used dominKnow as the authoring tool.
